Nancy Pelosi Corrupt

Nancy Pelosi is one of the most corrupt politicians on capitol hill. When I say corrupt, I'm being subjective, I know that. However, when piles of evidence begin to mount and even your own party begins to blame you for problems, I don't think we can ignore this.

There was an important discovery some bloggers made about Nancy Pelosi, it's all about following the money trail. And don't even think that this is the only unique case of corruption in America. This sort of thing happens to a lot of Senators/Representatives, even Republicans and Democrats.

There was a bailout plan that passed some time ago, which includes a $33 million dollar earmark for American Samoa (110-343 Sec. 309). It's an unincorporated territory of the U.S. located in the South Pacific Ocean.

Here's a summary:

Extension of economic development credit for American Samoa: The measure would extend for two years provisions meant to help economic development in the U.S. Territory of American Samoa. The measure would cost taxpayers $33 million.

Corruption? You Decide!

1. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's home district includes San Francisco.
2. Star-Kist Tuna's headquarters are in San Francisco.
3. Star-Kist is owned by Del Monte Foods and is a major contributor to Pelosi.
4. Star-Kist is the major employer in American Samoa, employing 75% of the Samoan workforce.
5. Paul Pelosi, Nancy's husband, owns $17 million dollars of Star-Kist stock.
6. In January, 2007 when the minimum wage was increased from $5.15 to $7.25, Pelosi had American Samoa exempted from the increase so Del Monte would not have to pay the higher wage. This would make Del Monte products less expensive than their competition's.
7. When the huge bailout bill was passed, Pelosi added an earmark to the final bill adding $33 million dollars for an "economic development credit in American Samoa".

It should not surprise you that, Nancy Pelosi as well as other Senators do many deals and acts of corruption to buy more votes. Corporate Lobbying and Ethnic Lobbying also contribute to this problem by funneling millions into Nancy Pelosi's campaign.

Even TheHill.com posts "To put it mildly, Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) are responsible for Obama’s sinking presidency." TheHill.com calls for their removal.

Ethnic Lobbying (Buying Votes)

We also know that Nancy Pelosi is a big supporter of American aid to the country of Armenia because one of her relatives is Armenian and because her district has a ton of Armenian voters she can BUY with OUR tax money. What has Armenia done for us? Just made more trade deals with Iran; the Armenians probably used the money to fund their fraudulent presidential election in which protests happened all over because of suspicion of rigging.

Jack Cafferty

Even Jack Cafferty has put his fist down on Nancy Pelosi's corruption.

"It's a disgrace," said Cafferty. "This nation is hurting, but Nancy Pelosi can use three military jets for a December trip to Copenhagen, and then refuse to answer any questions about it."

Cafferty mentions, these jet flights cost $170,000 dollars! Now, you may say "well that's not too much on my taxes." However, every cent adds up, after many flights, hotels, drinking, etc. the taxes on your own pay will become significant.

As Cafferty said, "[Do members of Congress really feel the pain of the recession of the average American?]". I think not.
